Cancellation policy
Cancelling before 24 hours of your appointment is greatly appreciated.
Late Policy
If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. If you are running more than 15 minutes late it may result in a shortened visit at full price or having to cancel the appointment with the cancellation fee 50% of service price.
Re-do policy
If you are ever unsatisfied with your hair, please let me know within 7 days so I can get you back in for a complimentary adjustment. Due to the artistic nature of my services, I do not offer refunds of any kind. Please note, adjustments are only offered on services that were agreed upon and delivered as requested. If you changed your mind on what you originally wanted, you will need to rebook an additional appointment to make changes.
Children & Guest Policy

Extension Policy

Accepted forms of payment are cash, venmo, card (2.75% processing fee), afterpay

A full non-refundable deposit is required to secure your extension or transformation appointment. Day of appointment will be the remained total.

While I always aim for your dream hair, results may vary depending on your hair's history, health, and previous color.

Proper at-home care is essential to protect both your natural hair and your extensions. I am not liable for any damage that occurs due to neglect, improper care, failure to follow provided instructions, or the use of unapproved products or tools. This includes, but is not limited to, matting, slipping, breakage, or shortened extension lifespan.

Following the care guide and booking maintenance appointments as recommended is the best way to preserve the health, longevity, and appearance of your extensions. If issues arise due to improper care, corrective services may result in additional charges.
